I have a contract with mtn when my phone broke after 2 months they send it in and gave me a refurbished phone when i said i want a new phone they said they cant cause that was a new phone after i said they must cancel every thing, mnr Leko the regional Manager phoned me and promised me that the phone given to me is not refurbished i wasnt looking at the phone to see what it looks like, when i said i'm not paying them they then all of a sudden had a brand new sealed unit to give me and when ever i phone to speak to a CEO or sombody higher than Lego they say i can't so mtn aswell as the mtn shop are a bunch of
