My boyfriend and i purchased the same phones, on the weekend i noticed the back cover and battery was loose so i emailed the store on the next Monday (8th July) to describe the nature of the problem and took the phone in with in the 7 day OBF policy. they found out the IMEI number was incorrect as the lids had been swapped while purchasing the phone, i took the correct lid to the store within the 7 days and now all they can say is "SORRY WE CANT DO ANYTHING ITS OVER 7 DAYS."
