I bought Willard 628 battery on the 30/06/2012 and I was told its under warranty for 12 months. Last month I went back because this battery is giving me problems. The guy who tested it said the battery is still ok maybe its lacking water. He told me maybe its alternator and I told him alternator has got no problem, he insisted and he tested it and it was perfectly fine. I went back home and I decided to use my brother's battery and since then the car is fine. I am not happy with the service Im getting. If I wasnt told that there is warranty I shouldnt have bothered buying there. I drove all the way from Olifantsfontein hoping that I'll get a better service. Maybe its because Im a woman that is why warranty doesnt apply.
