This is my second complaint. I have corresponded with Kim for nearly 3 months about my faulty handset that has been replaced 3 times over a period of 6 odd months. Eventually I have send my handset in on Sunday 18/08/2013 and received a message that my phone is ready for collection today. Upon arrival they have send my old phone back to me saying there is no problem. Ian from Centurion switched it on and he saw with his own eyes how my scroller jump by itself. We had to re-book the handset again. I have made it clear that I do not want another refurbished phone as I have had endless problems with 3 of them already. Is there any way that SOMEONE can actually assist me without making promises and not keeping with it. This is so ridiculous that I am totally speechless. They could not even tell me why my battery drains under 2 hours. They however tested my battery and according to them it is 100%. If that is they case, why is it draining under 2 hours? Why is my scroller jumping up and down on its own if my phone is perfectly fine? I have wasted another week of waiting and not being able to do work on my handset. Now im going to wait another week... REALLY???
