I just called in the callcentre for help as my elderly granma was trying to recharge n the voucher got ruined i called with the serial number the consultant was so rude telling me that i can fax and follow but it wont help as they only deal with ppl who fax the vouchers! how can i fax the slip when its at home with my granma? then she then said again i must call n while talking email it to the person im talking to. i asked if the had an enquiry email she said no!! its there a company that doesnt have one???
