GOOD DAY!

I AM EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED WITH THE SERVICE OF MTN AND ITS CALL CENTRE.

CAN A PERSON HOLD ON THE LINE FOR 20MINUTES FOR AN AGENT TO GIVE ME YOUR DEPARTMENTS CONTACT DETAILS???

I HAVE RECEIVED NUMEROUS STATEMENTS FOR AN ACCOUNT THAT I HAVE NEVER OPENED WITH MTN.I HAVE NEVER SIGNED FOR ANY HANDSET, AND NOW YOUR COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT IS THREATENING ME FOR PAYMENTS.

I HAVE FAXED AN AFFIDAVIT TO YOUR COMPANY, BUT STILL THIS HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED.

CAN SOMEONE WHO IS EDUCATED ENOUGH TO ASSIST ME PLEASE CALL ME BACK URGENTLY TO HAVE THIS RESOLVED ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!

I WORK FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE AND I KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!! CLEARLY THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH YOU!!!

YOU BETTER HOPE THAT THIS WILL NOT REFLECT OR HAVE ANY NEGATIVE EFFECTIVE ON MY CREDIT HISTORY.
