"Forget" to cancel my Debit order? That is

I cancelled my son's membership with The Golf Village in Durbanville, in March this year. Lesley Pinkney, the Regional Admin Manager for The Golf Village, assured me on email that my debit order will be cancelled after April.

In September this year, I noticed that the debit order was still being subtracted from my account. On 24 September I asked them to confirm that they have stopped the debit order.

The same thing happened 1 October. Again I asked them to fix it.

Today it is 22 October. They have made me pay for 5 month too many... thus far. They have not responded to my last two emails. I asked them about this three times thus far...

So, yes, it feels as if someone is my money each month this happens. I always wonder how people like this react when someone steals THEIR money with a debit order that should have been cancelled.
