8ta / Telkom Mobile
Is contract closed???

Due to the fact that the lady at the 8ta
shop did not do
her work properly, I was told in june the contract was not
closed, and i did it in early mayTold the
call centre lady to close it in june.1st july airtime was still
put in this
account, but then later in the day, the sim stopped
working. I went in to the
8 ta shop in canal walk the next day. That consultant
told me the account is
closed. SO WHY ARE YOU BILLING ME AND TWICE
ALSO.Taking this months debit order is illegal. Queried this again through the call centre... all they can tell me its been logged and escalated. Same answer from the email side. Tried the facebook site also... nope... no proper answer also. I just want confirmation this account is closed. What so hard in that. These queries going on for more than a week now
