Treated like Rubbish

I went into the store to get information on a billing inquiry that i was getting no sorting out via the call centre, i thought i would get more joy if i was dealing with someone face to face. i was wrong. a lady helped me and after explaining she said someone would attend to me. Mr Khomotso soon arrived and i had seen him dealing with outher clients while waiting and was already weary of his attitude in dealing with those clients. in explaining the situation i said "sh" i do swear alot i know it is not a good habbit but i should not be treated any differently due to personality. Mr Khomotso then went on the defensive telling me to mind myself and not swear at him, i did say i was swearing about the situation and not him directly. we got into the great debat not even regarding the issue i was trying to resolve, i lost it i asked for his name to make a complaint which he pointed to his badge and walked off. i asked if this is how he treats customers and he went on to tell me he is human and walked off. i am shocked at the level of compitance eita has in dealing with customers from the call center to the store level. i will update when i get any further in this issue
