My spouse has been dealing with the Manager and assistant manager for the past week or 2 with regard to one of our contracts that we have cancelled in April that we still being billed for as well as an additional amount being deducted the current account that no one can tell me what its for. The bad attitude we received today via telephone as well in the store this evening from Shahid is shocking, he is unwilling to help & makes me feel like i'm wasting his time with my query because he wasn't the manager at the time of the upgrade & cancellation. I am seriously dissapointed and im very upset at the way he spoke to my wife. he's to me saying he was just about to call me but then didn't have a contact no for me. I mean he could have easily gone into my account.
Also they staff at the store have no way of dealing with people and speak to us as well as other customer that walked into the store in a very disrespectful manner, and i quote words used like" my bru" is only one example.
What has happen to the service level an manners when dealing with customers?
