HELP WITH PROBLEM ACCOUNT

I ARRANGED WITH MTN TO HAVE MY BLACKBERRY INTERNET SWITCHED OFF ON 26/11/2012 BACAUSE I WAS GOING OUT OF THE COUNTRY AND ON A PREVIOUS OCCASION I RECEIVED AN ACCOUNT OF R8000. A CALL CENTRE AGENT TOLD ME TO JUST MAKE SURE IS SWITCH OFF BY BIN WHEN I GO OUT OF COUNTY AGAIN, WELL, I DID THAT AND HAD ONLY MY ROAMING ON, BUT STILL I RECEIVED A BILL OF R4100 STATING THAT I WAS ON THE BIN THE WHOLE TIME, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS SWITCHED OFF??? CAN ANYONE ASSIST ME IN SOLVING THIS PROBLEM AS THE CALL CENTRE AGENTS DONT SEEM TO WANT TO HELP YOU, THEY JUST STATE THAT U MUST PAY THE ACCOUNT EVEN IF U DIDNT USE YOUR PHONE!!! THIS IS VERY BAD SERVICE AS I DID WHAT THEY TOLD ME TO DO...
