So received the new upgrade phone on Thursday, I then called on Friday morning to activate the new sim (micro sim). at around 12 the phone still didn't have network access.

Today I switched the phone on to check for network access, still nothing, I decided to swap the ipad and the phones sim to see if the problem follows the swim, it didn't, the new sim was working in the ipad and the ipads sim also didn't work in the note2.

I tried to call after sales, but they kept telling me I am at the wrong department and that they would transfer me to the right one, and every time they transfer me to the stupid voice prompt.

When I asked one of the people if I can go into a vodacom shop just to swap the phone out I was told NO, they must come and fetch it. This is not acceptable, I have been sitting without access from Friday, no one can phone me, and I cant phone anyone! I use this number for my work and very very upset.

To make matters worst, they sent me a 16GB version when I ordered a 32GB version. I am at the point just to cancel all my contracts with them and just to move to 8ta.
