I just checked on XDS and it shows that my account is still active as it shows that there is a current balance of R3.00 and Instalment amount is R0.00 but according to my knowledge I have settled my account. The contract has expired and I did not renew the account. i want MTN to update my profile that the account is paid up & it is closed ASAP
