Not returning call for new service

After numerous attempts to call 10217 and asking for a sales representaive to call me to establish a new service for business, nobody bothers to call me.
It has been over 2 weeks that I am trying to get a SALES REPRESENTATIVE to call me and discuss my requirements for land line, internet, switchboard etc and NOTHING HAPPENS despite promises from various call centre staff.
