Good day

I just checked on XDS and it shows that my account is still active as it shows that there is a current balance of R964.00 and Instalment amount is R964.00 but according to my knowledge I have settled my account. The contract has expired and I did not renew the account. On the 18/07/2012 I even faxed a signed cancelation letter and a copy of my ID (proof: see attachment). Please e mail me the Paid up letter and confirmation that my account is closed as this is not an active account.
