I emailed Cell C, and told them to please proceed to cancel my contract which ends n October 2013. and make it a pre paid line, Ziyabukwa Ntantala, replied to me saying that the number will be cancelled, on 20 October 2013, I then replied to her telling her that I not only asked for it to be cancelled but also to be converted to a pre paid number, and she never responded, I then sent her another email, asking her if I must rather lodge a complaint since she is not interested in replying to me, and she still just ignores my emails, how pathetic is that, how do you employ people like this to run your business???
