Vodacom''s Legal department is either non existent or there's a serious issue of incompetence. After months of being passed from pillar to post from call centre agents, I eventually spoke to a Michelle that promised that I would have received the letter requested within 48 hours. to date I have not received a simple sms or feedback from the company acknowledging that my request has been received or will be addressed.
I have been a client with Vodacom for over 10 years and this experience has certainly left a bitter taste in my mouth and very little to be desired. Hopefully a competent person receives this and addresses or resolves my query... I'm sick of being in this circus!!!
