BAD NETWORK, BAD SERVICE!!!

I have had my phone for about 3 months now. People complain and say "why is my phone permanently off"... its not off the Cell C network is so poor u cant do anything with this phone, especially in cases of emergency!! I am extremely fed up. I have the BlackBerry Z10 and i am having endless problems! The phone reboots itself, tells me no sim detected, shut me out of programs, freezes, cuts me off when I am talking to people!! I phoned Cell C and wanted someone to help me understand whats going on but the people there are so incompetent and have no idea what you are talking about. Then I wrote an email... got a no reply email where i have to tell them my problem, and in that same email they said they will come back to me in 24 - 72 hours... then the next email arrived the following week... saying the same thing... then I got an email to day telling me to state my case and fill in a form and they will come back to me in 24 - 72 hours... Seriously, how many times do I need to state my case before anything gets done!!
