I went into altech autopage in canal walk on 30 May 2013 to activate my cellphone limit. they gave me some paper work to complete, I signed and gave them a copy of my ID. to my SHOCK I get a bill of R800 in July 2013.
how on earth did this happen. Why didn't they let me know that, I'm filling in the paperwork for just the FUN of it. why did they waste my time- acting like they are indeed activating my limit.
BAD service to the core. The least you could do is advise me that this will not be activated, and save my time of completing stupid paper work.
