Invoice, no feedback

I phone in today 14:39 spoke to Thulana Mavana asked him to please sent me my invoice. He then said he will return a call his system is or he will mail me the invoice. I'm still waiting.

16 July I emailed Stacey-lee du plessis from account and asked het if she can help me with my invoice the format they sent it on I can't open for some reason still no feedback. This morning I resent that email to her again and still no feedback. From day one I'm having trouble with this 8ta contract first I didn't get the package I asked for the it took them days to sort it's out come to relies that the block I asked them to put on never happens and it leaves me with a surprise bill. Then I went in to the shop at woodlands where I got my contacts from and they said they forgot to tell me that it takes 30 before the block gets in to place... 8ta is the worst service provide I came a gross with. The people at the store is not help full because they always off or on lunch and no answers
