Dissappointing service

My Nokia Lumia 920 which I got in Febraury 2013 which is on contract has given me numerous hardware problems. In the past few months alone i had to take it in for repairs 7 times. It comes back with the same problem. Vodacom knows it is a factory problem yet they are not replacing it. I have to drive to Vodaworld each time to get it repaired and return as after few days the same problem is experienced.
They should have replaced the phone with a new phone by now. Dissappointing service.
