Contacted MWeb yesterday (3/12) at 13:52 and spoke to Pamela regarding cancelation of our Mweb line on 0216861582 which we put in notice to end at the end of November. The line has been canceled yet Telkom is yet to receive the Cancelation Request from MWeb and, as such, will not accept notice to cancel the Telkom voice line meaning we shall have to pay for an additional month's service for which MWeb must be responsible. Pamela assured me her manager would call me back before 5pm yesterday and I'm yet to receive the call. I would like this matter settled today so as to avoid an unnecessary month's payment to Telkom.
