I just went into the bank to discover that telkom has listed my name on ITC wth a balance of R1222, i will says this again please explain to me how you get to this amount, i have logged 3 previous complaints and have received no feedback from telkom as to how i owe you money, i feel that you are your customers and that i should consult my lawyers as this is placing a ngative impact on my profile, I DONT OWE OU ANY MONEY SO PLEASE CORRECT YOUR ERROR, MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN IGNORED MAKES ME WONDER WAY IS IT BECAUSE YOUCANT EXPLAIN TO ME HOW YOU CLAIM THAT I OWE YOU MONEY . FIRST YOU CLAIMED I OWED R430 NOW IT JUMPED TO R1222 AND STILL NO REASON HOW, I WILL CHECK MY ITC PROFILE AGAIN AND IF THIS MATTER HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED I WILL BE TAKEN FURTHER ACTION
