I logged a complaint on Monday. I was told that Angelo Graham (Team Manager), will be in contact with me in 24hrs.
I called in 4 times yesterday and he was "NOT AVAILABLE" & neither was any one of the "4" other "Team Managers" the whole day. I left a message EVERYTIME (4 Messages). I called in twice today and Left 2 messages again (as AGAIN, not one of the "4 Team Managers", were available).
I then requested to speak to Angelo's Manager (Hema Rajkumal) and was informed that I have to log another complaint, which will be reffered to Angelo, and then he will refer he matter to Hema.
How can it take so long to resolve a query???
How is it possible that such a BIG orginisation can run with service levels like this???
Guaranteed I will cancel my contracts with you...
