Poor service

On the 05-11-2013 I requested a settlement figure witch I got. I then requested a special settlement witch was given to me before by management. I was informed by Boogan that this was the case.By the next day 24hrs no one got back to me, I called again and got through to a Tammy who went in on my name and said that it's noted on the system, she the put me on hold for some time when she got back I commented on the long time I was on hold her comment to me was that I will be on hold as long as it takes since I'm the one with the query. I then was talking to Adnaan ABrahams (supervisor) who I complained to about Tammy and that no one has come back to me. He then told me that he will personally take it to management. Again next day 26hours later no response. I phoned again to Angelo who claimed that the manager sat by him and put me on hold for some time again. The next moment Adnaan was back on the line saying that he spoke to the manager who was in am eating and now not with Angelo anymore or at all. Some thing about the system and and. I just want to talk to the right person who can assist me PLEASE!!!
