Cell C Cannot Delive

I applied for a deal via Cell C Direct, on 25 June 2013. Angelo Graham confirmed my eligibility and required me to email him documentation as a response to his email. No such email was received. I called 4 days later and Xolile Dambuza said he would forward these to Angelo if I sent them to him, I did and received no response. I called again 4 days on, Angelo said he still required the documentation, I sent it again. Today, 2 weeks on, I called again and was told that my application may be processed by the end of the week.
While there is no doubt that Angelo hasn't performed, the fact that I was forced to contact Cell C myself and work my way through a cumulative 1 hour of phone time and 3 other sales consultants indicates two things: 1) Cell C's infrastructure cannot cope with the number of new applicants they have and 2) their staff are poorly trained. Although directed at Angelo, this is a bigger problem and if Cell C cannot manage to communicate with me, why would they be able to help me communicate with anyone else via their network? As such, I have cancelled my application and will be taking my business to another provider, after all the power is in my hands.
