Unhappy with service

On the 26th May 2013, I handed my blackberry 9300 in at the Altech Autopage shop at the Glen. My cursor was freezing. They took my blackberry and told me that it would take 4 weeks. No one has ever contact me on the update of my phone. It is now 7 weeks and I still have not got my phone or no one has bothered to contact me. I keep phoning head office and keep on getting different stories. What is the true story?

I am very angry at the moment to be treated in this way. How long does it take to look at a cursor that keeps freezing.
