WISH WE NEVER SIGNED UP FOR THIS CONTRACT

ATTENTION BRIAN MALEKA, you say that you called me in my previous report and we spoke which is not TRUE. You have not called me or my wife we have to keep calling your contact center which is of no help what so ever it should rather be closed down. My cellphone number is 0823662623 call me and get you facts straight before closing off queries or get a manager to call me. This issue is ongoing since before 1st of June, we have still not been properly compensated for the EXTRA money which was debited because of an issue with auto-page not activating data bundles and now we are held responsible for data bundles. Again we are told about international sms's which makes no sense why a bill would come to over R1000 for sms's. If this is not resolved before the next debit runs we will consider this a breach of contract and cut up Sim card and return the phone and place a stop order on debits. I cant believe this is the level of service your company provides were we have to keep calling in and explaining the same thing over and over again and you'll still don't get it right.
