Working with MTN has been a nightmare. They refuse to fix my phone even when they actually responded to my complaint on Hellopeter (13:33 Mon 1 Jul) to say I should bring my phone in so it gets fixed. I still got it back and its still not switching on, when my only problem was the trackpad. I am told its water damaged (I'm still confused as to how that happened) and that was bound to happen. No one is taking responsibility for this. This has to be the worst company ever and they don't care about their clients.
