I am still after almost 2 months with problem with my contract, they make own decisions and cannot answer them, We have requested to cancekl this contract and the attitude is will send final invoice instead of rosolving the matter and try to compensate the customer. ( YOU WILL PAY FOR THE DULL TERM OF CONTRACT) just send the invoice and lets get this out of my back, I am sick and tied of phoning wasting my time with an incompetent company.
will never ever ever use Virgin Mobile in my life again
