Inappropriate deceit

Lack of expertise on product knowledge. Consultant requires training as was unable to provide information on product also unable to show products they have physical. Unable to change package from small to medium or large. Whilst in store on sunday the client was confused due to the consultant not having the slightest clue.
Almost signed me up for the wrong item 3 times. The services are pathetic yet they advertising is bold and out of this world. Rosey outside and inside is lacking customer service skills and product knowledge.
They do not even know free change on screen by other consultants explaining other clients whilst in store over heard more info and learnt that some staff are better trained than others. Wander if one had to be deceived due to vodacom staff not being able to navigate the system nor can they excplain products or services or show samples of the phones whilst client is enquiring face to face is like buying on web. Had to wait for manager for 45 minutes to come in store and done nothing since sunday.
