The Repairwear range was recommended by the Clinique Consultant, Mary at Edgars The Grove Shopping Centre in Pretoria. My pores clogged up on several areas on my face and when I returned to Edgards she was not in store to help. (On several occasions). I went to Edgards in Menlyn Shopping Centre in Pretoria and they advised I stop the products and only use the 3step and 7day scrub and that they will contact me within a week to see how it goes (was 14 October 2013.) Lerato was the Consultant. that assisted. I purchased the 3step. Received NO call from anyone at the Edgards Menlyn counter to follow up on my skin. Went back to Edgards Menlyn today 5 Nov and I showed them it was not working. What is Cliniques policy on product that don't work? Can I be refunded or compensated for the money I spent on products that was incorrectly advised, by a trained consultant and for damage to my skin? Secondly I have a full product of Repairwear that I wanted a refund on. The store manager at Edgars Menlyn, Mike, said he cannot refund it. I have been using Clinique since 1991 and has never been so disappointed by incompetent Clinique consultants, Edgars Management staff or any Clinique products.
