MANAGER NEEDS TRAINING ON CLIENT SERVICES

On Sunday we went to Makro. We usually first take the pamphlets and have a cup of coffee at Wiesenhof whilst looking over the specials. According to the pamphlet lamb braai chops were on special until Sunday 6 October 2013. When we were looking for the special there were nothing in stock. I also could not find any notification on the special. We approached one of the staff members who called the Manager in turn. My husband waited for the manager whilst I went back to the front of the store to go fetch a copy of the pamphlet again, which is a distance (when I got back) my husband was still waiting for the manager. He finally braced us with his presence. Another customer heard us ask about the special and waited in toe too. He attended to her first and went looking through the lamb packs. My husband approached him with the pamphlet. He at first said that it was a special that ran last week. We showed him that it was valid until 6 October 2013. He had such an arrogant attitude and said that he would honour the special but as if he was doing us a favour. We then had to wait about another 10 - 15 min for them to prepare a pack. He really needs to be taught how to deal
