I took a brand new upgrade cell phone (Samsung i8190) on the 01-07-2013 which only lasted me 2 weeks. The phone refused to take charge even though it said charging on screen. It has been non functional (dead) since 15-07-2013. When I called in to report this I was told it will be sent in for repairs. This is unacceptable as I should be replaced with a new phone. I have been a loyal customer to cell C for over 10 years now. The phone is still as brand new and was never miss-used so I do not see why I cannot exchange it for a new one in return.
