I am beyond disgusted after receiving my latest bill. I took out a blackberry for my partner last month under the instruction of a representative of your Telkom Direct store in Bayside Mall Cape Town that all calls between the blackberry number & my landline was absolutely free only to see that I have been charged for all calls I made from my landline to the blackberry. I was blatantly to & mislead. This is misrepresentation & business dealings. I want this matter resolved ASAP or I want to cancel F*&^%$ everything as I was to.
