Yesterday, 01/05/2013, we went to go and watch Oblivion. The movie was showing in cinema 3, and we watched the 15h00 show.
The sound was absolutely terrible!! The speakers were distorting all the time.
The chair I sat in felt like it should have been replaced a couple of years ago already.
Then, there were kids in the movie which had no manners. They were up every 10minutes, going in and out. Throwing popcorn, talking, playing on their phones. Is there no management in this place, no one to remove them or address them. They made it unpleasent for everyone. I do understand that it is not your responsibility to teach them manners, but it stays your premises and your duty to remove them or address them if they are not behaving like they should be in your cinema.
I will never be attending ANY show at your cinema again, and I will let everyone know so that they can do the same.
