She need some customer services training

Went to Eastgate branch on Wednesday to do an exchange a pair of jeans. I spoke to a very helpful security officer who I believe should teach Xolile some manners.

When I went to cashiers to do the exchange Xolile was not in a good mood. I greeted her and she juts responded as if she was being forced after she did everything on the computer and waiting for someone senior to override she then mumbled saying this thing of exchanges is irritating. I looked at her and clearly she did not see anything wrong. She needs some training she applied to work at Ackermans and should treat people and her job with respect.
I am upset in the manner in which this store treat its customers, this is not my first unpleasant experience and things are just continuing to get out of hand.
