Unacceptable service

On Wednesday, 26 June 2013 my husband was promised the Samsung Smart TV he ordered would be delivered within the next 1 - 2 weeks. The consultant he spoke to was Khanya who advised him he would be contacted with regards to the delivery. We are impatiently awaiting that phone call and the TV. Please contact us to get the matter resolved. Not impressed!!!
