Smart Phone order -NO FEEDBACK

Good Morning,

I ordered a smart phone for myself on 26/03/2013, and it was delivered on 28/03/2013 which is awesome service and I was very impressed. My husband ordered a smart phone for him on the same day about a few minutes after me, and to date have not received any feedback. He has phoned the call centre yesterday and was told that he would receive a sms with the outcome by close of business yesterday, but he has not heard anything as yet.

Can someone please advise why it is taking so long and as to why he does not get any feedback? As a Platinum cheque account holder I presume he will get swift feedback on queries. Please contact him directly as soon as possible and by close of business, his ID and cellphone number is provided.

We were very impressed with the service of FNB until now, FNB please don't disappoint us now.
