Look Wenzile, I do not know if you have been following these reports, the saying we apologise for inconvinience does not mean anything if you do not mean it. For me really I am utterly most Disgusted by this it is wasting a lot of energies and time I do not know how many trips, calls have been made to the store to try and resolve the issue, the only thing we hear is this apology and inconviniene that is not assisting. And our calls are not being avoided now.
For your information the phone was booked in for repairs in March month already, for it to be fixed since then my wife has been without the phone she wished to have the IMEI: NUMBER IS 357909041887358 if it is going to assist you. and tomorrow would have been exactly a year my wife has that phone yet out of that year it has now been 5 months, the phone was booked for repairs. And have had no feedback whatsoever from mtn.
