We change from Telkom to Bytes. Complaints about telephone lines in busy retail Pharmacy. People can not hear you or visa versa. After several complaints and two call out fees (R1700) they pick up 2 instruments (2/6/2013) Several calls later nobody can help me?? Instruments get lost in repairs??? Went through 5 different persons and end up with Fernando Ferreira. Again promises and 12 days later still no success. In the mean while we loss customers due to unreachable phones and our hands are tied. Should we change again from service provider? What happened to all the promises Of excellent service??? Worst then Telkom!!!
