My telephone line was changed in April 2012 to a pre paid and ever since the line is down on a continous basis.
This year May it was down almost the whole of the month - the cable from the house to the pole has been replaced the cable ON the pole has been replaced eventually the box in the street was the problem because the cables there was in a crumbling condition. I have been struggling to get my rental back for more than a month - no luck
From beginning of July the line is dead again. I have reported the line on 8 July again and today on 16 July the call cent just say "sorry" and they will escalate again. How bad can your service become still?
