To whom it may concern

I handed my handset for warranty assessment to Tebogo Molaba at East gate mall mtn shop on the 06th July and he told me it was going to take about 24 to 48hours to be replaced provided it is approved.
After 168hours not hearing from him or anyone for that matter, I went to the shop to find out what was going on and to my surprise assessment was approved but not ready to be replaced. Tebogo then told me he already made request from another dealer to sent it through and to wait another 72hours which has now passed. He has failed to deliver his promises twice now and would like you to intervene.
