I still have issues with my contract after four months. (First call was logged five minutes after the contract was activated in store in March)
After my last report on hello peter I was assured all has been corrected, but at start of month I noted that we still have problems.
I DEMAND TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER, AS NONE OF THE 20 PLUS CONSULTANTS I HAVE SPOKEN TO WERE ABLE TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM.
THIS IS THE WORST SUPPLIER I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.
YOUR SERVICE DELIVERY IS NOT IN KEEPING WITH YOUR CURRENT ADDS ON TELEVISION.
