Beginning of September I went to nashua branch in centurion to cancel my cell phone contract, i told to fill up a form first, which I did I told the consultant that my mother is the contract holder and I'm paying the contract he said its fine I mst just put her details down on the form he gave, i asked him twice if it's cancelled he said yes with immediate effect and I shouldn't worry about the debit goin off my account on the 27 of sep, as it it cancelled, then on the 26 of September an another debit went off my account, i called the call centre I was told I was supplied to service one month notice, realy.i was promised no further debits, i told the advisor I need it cancel and refunded, she said she will investigate and get back to me that was some time end of September till to date I'm still waiting, i need answers, totally disgusted.
