THE MOST EXPENSIVE AND WORST SERVICE GAURANTEED

I received a message telling me I had very high usage. Due to my surprise to this I called 140 on the 13th the Saturday. The lady that helped was helpful and told me according to her everything was in order, I must not worry. AND THAT WAS RECORDED listen, the lady gave me the rates for data. Which I was fine with as I have a 8TA contract as well and is slightly more expensive but I am and was ok with it since it was reasonable. Today the 16th of July I had a message and one call to let me know the line wont be active due to the fact that I had used a lot of usage. So the time now is 18: 15 I called them again and this time I was transferred to 3 people, with no help to resolving this matter. I was told to call between 8 and 5 to get assistance with this regard. What a SHOCK!!! To keep in mind I have 2 contracts one with CELL C and 8TA. The service between the 2 is not the same. 8TA ROCKS. Let me also mention how much Cell C charges, the data that I downloaded that has caused all this problems was 2.3 gigs. Cell C is charging me R2194.00 for that amount used. 8TA only charges me for 1 GIG R119.00, anyone can see how I have been RIPPED OFF. Such a pity for a company like Cell C
