Contract Pitched incorrectly

My wife and I walked into the Telkom store in Vangate on the 28th of May 2013 and I wanted to buy a modem. The sales lady, Waseema, decided to sell me a cellp hone contract. She checked my credit and informed that I qualified. I asked if they have two cell phone packages and she said they don't have double deals but she can offer me a his and hers Blackberry Z10 for R388 per month. I confirmed (x2), 2 blackberry z10's for R388 per month and she said yes. To much surprise I said yes and was quite fascinated with the phone until I received my Bill. I was charged for pro rata data and minutes, which is fine, but a FULL device cost at R289 per device per month!!! and I only had the cell phone for a four days in May 2013 and I was also shocked at the double device costs. I called Waseema and she was adamant that she explained the full details of the contract billing and advised I must call the call centre. The call centre gave feedback and advised I must go back to the store, which I did, but to now avail. My 7th day for resolving the query ends tomorrow...
