I booked by Huawei rooter in as it have not been working properly sice i recieved it 3 mths ago they made a assesment and told me there is a facory fault on the device and it will take 2-24 hours to get a collection ref and I am still waiting and the manager Itumeleng is never availible to take your call. being a service manager myself and always being pro-active I phoned the branch were I am suppose to collect the new rooter and I was told that the sore was robbed and they will only have stock next week in the meantime I am paying for something I dont have. and have been paying for the last 3 months for someting that is not working properly.
I want to know when will I have a new rooter is Mtn going to refund me for the last 3 months. Oh just recieved my collection number thanks to Phaphamang the only one that was willing to help (thanks to him) and is MTN going to assist me to get a rooter from another store or can I call this bridge of contract and cancel the contract with no charges to me.
