3G Network not working correctly

I stay and experience the 3G problem at 89 Schoeman Road, Verwoerdpark, Alberton, JHB. When I make use of my phone's internet it works for a minute or 2 then stops to work for 10-15mins and would work again for a minute before it stops working. Also from 17:30 in the afternoon phone calls are dropped constantly as well as the idea of making use of 3G is totally out of the question. The phone will show it has 3G coverage and a very good tower signal, but to actually use it is a different story. Another Vodacom iPhone is doing the same in and outside the house but works fine in other areas. I'm not sure if this is linked to when more people get home after work, that kills the service and strongly think this is linked. Will you please investigate the tower in question so that this frustration can be resolved?
