3G Network not working correctly

I stay and experience the 3G problem at 89 Schoeman Road, Verwoerdpark, Alberton, JHB. When I make use of my prepaid Cell C internet dongle before 17:30 it works perfectly. But after 17:30 it's a different story. The Cell C internet app will show that I'm connected and have a great signal, but I cannot open any pages or connect to my work. The internet is totally dead most of the evenings. This is a very big problem for me as I have to do deployments from home after hours and is very stressful if I cannot connect in the evenings. Please note that in the day it works very well. I assume this must be to do with when the people go home that the tower cannot handle the load of people accessing it. Will you please investigate the tower in question so that this frustration can be resolved?
